"Dinner" of 2017/01/09

As you know by now, I wanted to host a Turkish Tea during the holidays, but as my tea pot arrived after I went back to work, I had a bit of left over dough to work with.  This wonderful filled flat bread is called a Gozleme.  You can find my recipe here, or the original here.


This little creation happened as Husband and I got home from Ballroom Dance classes, and out of the blue he was in the mood for a toasted tomato and cheese sandwich.  With no bread in the house, but a bit of this dough left in the fridge, this was the result of his request.
