Dinner of 2016/07/19

Sometimes, a very good friend who studied floor layouts will offer to design a room.  As this dear friend helped me with designing the new kitchen for Tiffany's (which will hopefully be happening before the end of 2018) I could not resist to repay her by cooking for her.



Starter:  Smoked salmon carpaccio with a garden salad and a home made vinnaigrette.



Main:  Oven baked lamb cutlets with potato roses and a mint pea puree.



Dessert:  The good old fashioned South African favourite, Malva with Custard.
