Starter:
Inspired by Turkish street food, here we have a mixed vegetable and feta börek served with an apple chutney.
Herb garnish would be baby spinach, fennel and thyme. All herbs from our own herb garden.
Main: Split pea and wild rice, served with baked sweet gem squash, sweet and sour chicken schnitzel and a Portugeuse grissini (commonly known as a bread stick)
Desert: Death by chocolate - from left to right chocolate & strawberry pyramid, chocolate mousse, chocolate fondant (commonly known as chocolate lava pudding)
