Okay, I'm not sure if Chocolate Crème would be the correct name for this concoction. See the blog for a description on how it came into being.
400ml Milk
100g Sugar
2 generous heaped tbsp Cacao
2 softly heaped tbsp Maizina
50 - 100g Dark Chocolate
50 - 75ml Brandy
- Mix the milk, sugar, cacao and maizina in a small pot and gently whisk until thickened.
- Stir in the dark chocolate until melted through.
- Add the brandy.
- Serve in espresso cups
that looks and sounds absolutely divine!!!!
